Side Quest is run by Aaron Green, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). When you use Side Quest you are entering into an agreement with Aaron Green. Contact: a-ron@live.co.uk.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use Side Quest, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

The service

Side Quest gives you AI-suggested real-life activities each day. The free plan includes one quick quest, one side quest and one main quest per day. Side Quest Pro includes five of each per day.

Your account

Keep your login details private and accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam.
• Do not infringe anyone's intellectual property.
• Do not interfere with the service's security, including malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or getting around usage limits.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service.

AI-generated quests

Quests are written by AI and may sometimes be inaccurate, unsuitable or unavailable where you live. Use your own judgement, stay safe, follow local laws and only do activities that are right for your health and ability. Quests are not professional advice. We may filter or remove content and restrict accounts that misuse the service.

Ownership

We own Side Quest, including its software, design and branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refunds are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Availability

We work hard to keep Side Quest running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or fraud or security risks. You can stop using Side Quest at any time.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
